01 Jun Milton Dragon Boat Festival 2019
Paddlers Anonymous was excited to start their first regatta of the season as a club at the Milton Dragon Boat Festival located at Kelso Conservation Area and hosted by Alkame. It was a rainy start to the 2019 season with thunder and downpours all day, but spirits remained high and kudos to Alkame for managing to fit in all the races despite the multiple delays!
It was a great start to the season and all three teams had strong performances in Milton!
Final results (500m):
daBoat: placed first in D division with a time of 2:19
daCatch: placed third in F division with a time of 2:29
daWave: placed second in I division with a time of 2:39
